YOGA POSES FOR MYOPIA OR SHORT SIGHTEDNESS OR YOGA POSES TO EMPROVE EYE SIGHT -


1. Bow Pose Or Dhanurasana-

The benefits of Dhanurasana are many and varied. You can start to experience the positive effects of Bow pose on eyes within a few days of regular practice itself. However, keep in mind that to treat Myopia by the Dhanurasana, you need to include this pose in your regular Yoga or Stretching routine.


2. Mountain Pose Or Tadasana-

A Mountain practice can positively influence your Eye sight and enhance your overall well-being. It may help your body feel better by. Tadasana is the basis of all standing yoga poses. Other benefits of Tadasana are following,

3. Seated Forward Bend Or Paschimottanasana-

To treat your eyes and your mind and to relieve stress, this pose stretches your spine, shoulders, and hamstrings. It also stimulates the liver, kidneys, ovaries, and uterus—and can help improve digestion. This pose is very beneficial for our eyes or to treat myopia.


4. Plough Pose Or Halasana-

In Halasana Yoga  your position looks like a plow. The practice of Halasana yoga helps you to increase your eyesight and increase the blood circulation in the head. It helps prevent and relieve tightness in your neck, shoulders, and back. The pose also strengthens your shoulders, arms, and legs. Practicing Halasana enhances flexibility, which improves muscle and joint mobility. 

5. Shoulder Stand Or Sarvangasana-

Yoga helps in the improvement of ocular function. Sarvangasana is one such beneficial yoga pose. Sarvangasana has numerous benefits for the eyes. It Increases blood flow to the eyes and supports general Eye Health, Aids in the correction of Functional Eye Diseases, Improves Vision, relaxes Eye Muscles, relax your Eyes.
