Custom and personalized orders
We do take custom and personalized orders. However, such orders are subject to availability of resources and the team members. Please contact us in case of a specific requirement.
All the products have size details - we follow metric system of measurement. Again, we are just a message away in case you have question regarding how big or small or heavy - a particular item is.
Basic care instructions are provided in product description. We do send out specific instructions if needed. For example, natural dyes like indigo bleed during the first wash and such products should be treated/washed separately. Please treat our products as you will treat any handmade product - with gentle love and care.
The recommended method of cleaning all our mats, blankets, and accessories is hand wash. Machine wash at your own risk and discretion. Any loss to the item from machine wash can not be compensated.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrapping and packaging is available at request. Just let us know if you are sending a product as a gift and would like to include a personalized message to the order. Happy to accommodate.

Custom & Import Duties
Please note there may be certain custom/import duties and local taxes that may be applicable at the time of delivery. These duties/taxes are according to the law of the land and are entirely borne by the customer. They may be in addition to the VAT/Sales Tax that Etsy charges at the time of purchase. Please read more about the import duties applicable in your country before you make the purchase.
All products are shipped via DHL under standard shipping - delivery within 9-12 days (depending on your location). When you opt or are upgraded (sometimes complimentary) for express shipping, expect your order to reach within 3-4 days from the day of dispatch via FedEx. All orders are track-able via tracking ID shared at the time of shipping.
Please note if the orders are not honored or end up undelivered or are returned to origin because the consignee was not present (even after multiple delivery attempts) or didn't reach out to logistics partners to pick the parcel in time, - We will not offer any kind of return/replacement/compensation for such cases. We rely on the proofs provided by our logistics team to assess each case of delivery.
Returns and Refunds
- Please note if the orders are not honored or end up undelivered or are returned to origin because the consignee was not present (even after multiple delivery attempts) or didn't reach out to logistics partners to pick the parcel in time, - We will not offer any kind of return/replacement/compensation/refund for such cases. We rely on the proofs provided by our logistics team to assess each case of delivery.
- Refunds/replacement are only applicable if the product is shipped back to us in original condition. The return postage is borne by the buyer. This is only valid if the time frame for return and replacement is honored.
